Microsoft Word - Level 1
Create, edit, save, retrieve, and print a basic document. Other skills
taught include formatting, text enhancement and spell checking. This course
will give you immediate productivity.
Microsoft Word - Level 2
Features presented include headers, footers, and form letters (mail merge).
Graphics, columns, and styles will enhance your work. Includes an
introduction to creating and using macros.
Microsoft Word - Level 3
Increase your proficiency by using templates and wizards. Work with
advanced document views and learn about cross referencing. Use HTML tags in
Word and other Web publishing features. More advanced macro work covered in
this class.
Microsoft Excel - Level 1
Learn to create and manipulate the spreadsheet, change formats, enter values
and labels, and use function keys. Enter formulas and functions and then
print your worksheets in text or graphic format.
Microsoft Excel - Level 2
This course presents tips on working with large worksheets, linking and
embedding data, and advanced management features. Defining and applying
ranges and range names, and auditing a worksheet are also covered.

Learn to use forms for data entry, sort multiple columns and pivot tables.
